As basic chemical materials, special gases are widely used in large-scale petrochemicals, semiconductor devices, optical fibers, lasers, medical science, clinical diagnosis, medical disinfection, fruit ripening, food preservation and other fields. So what gases do special gases contain?

At present, there are more than 150 special gas production enterprises in China, most of which are small in production scale. Multinational enterprises have invested and established many joint ventures or wholly-owned gas companies in China, accounting for about 70% of the domestic gas product market share. Foreign capitals have established gas companies through acquisitions and new establishments, occupying a dominant position in the industry. In 2010, sole proprietorships and joint ventures established by Germany's Delin, France's Air Liquide Group, and the American Praxair Group accounted for 65.90% of the domestic special gas market's sales market and 83.08% of the profit market with 32.38% of the number of enterprises.
