Use:

1. TAHP is a common free radical reaction initiator. It is characterized by good thermal stability, safe use, and easy control. Below 50 °C, its activity has no significant change within three months, and it does not require high costs. It can be used in the fields of emulsion polymerization, aqueous polymerization, solidification and graft polymerization, and its performance is better than peroxodisulfate, cumene hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide in many aspects. The decomposition products of TAHP are mainly tert-butanol and a small amount of acetone, etc., which are non-corrosive and do not require high equipment. Most other initiators form acidic by-products.

2. TAHP is also widely used in styrene and styrene copolymer (such as SAN, ABS, etc.), acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, vinyl chloride polymerization initiator.

3. TAHP is a very important intermediate in organic synthesis.

Packaging and Shipping:

The standard packaging of our factory is 20Kg polyethylene and 800Kg IBC barrels. It can also be supplied according to the packaging size required by the customer, and the customer can make a request when ordering.

Storage Notes:

1. Store in a cool and ventilated space, the storage temperature is lower than 35 ℃.

2. 2. Keep away from fire and heat sources. It should be stored separately from acids, reducing agents, inflammables, combustibles, etc.; avoid and reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps).

3. 3. The lighting and ventilation facilities in the storage room are explosion-proof, and the switch is located outdoors.

4. 4. When handling, it should be handled with care to prevent damage to the package and container. Impact and vibration are prohibited, and personal protection should be paid attention to during sub-packaging and handling operations.
